- 1/2 jicama, small sized, peeled
- 2 T honey
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped
- 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, diced
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped, loosely packed
Add jicama, red pepper, jalapeno, papaya, and cilantro to the simmering liquid. Adjust seasoning as needed with additional salt, pepper, and lime. Serve with TequilaSteamedGrouper. Enjoy.
