Potimarron

I got this beautiful Hokkaido Kürbis in Göttingen and couldn’t resist. The sweetness of the vegetable (known as potimarron in French, a word I love the sound of, and that always reminds me of Daniele), was countered with a liberal dose of cayenne and paprika. The coconut milk made it Thai-ish, and a tablespoon or so of cumin made it Indian-ish.
